97 Valkyrie lost its clutch fluid. No leaks or puddles. Where did it go? in with the engine oil?

I am looking for advice. I am 67 and I have a 98 valkyrie tour bike ( aprox. 72,000 miles). Due to a a leg injury last year, and a back injury this spring I did not get it out until late this summer. It was leaking gas when I started it. It is in the shop. Shop tells me the carbs are varnished and some seals need replacing ($1200).
It has always been a little big for me, at 5' 6" I need to be on my toes when I stop, so I have been thinking of selling it for a couple of years. I am in St. Cloud MN, the bike is at shop (Percision motorsports, St. Joseph).
I am wondering what to do with it? if I get it fixed what is it worth? If I don't fix it, what is it worth?

After making several stops during a short ride this morning, I get on bike after fuel stop and find no power at all to bike. No lights, no console lights, no horn, nothing. Bike has been running fantastic for ever. It does however have 97K miles on odometer. Don't have a clue where to start. Does anyone have a starting point?
Update to total loss of power. After taking tank off and checking starter relay switch, I see the 30amp fuse melted down in relay switch. This is second time this has happened in about 6 months. Could this be a ignition switch failure or possibly a starter failure?

Love my new purchase. Removed leather bags from 1998 in order to clean and reshape. Also removed the bag frames. Now cannot lineup frame bolts into grab bar/fender. I've shifted the fender around to point where I could get rear bolt threaded but cannot get the larger front bolt engaged. Exasperated!

my current seat (ultimate) with backrest is too wide for me causing considerable pain. Can someone please recommend a solo seat with a backrest that is both slim and comfortable? Much appreciated help please.
It may only be the fuel rails that are leaking, very common after sitting. They usually stop after the seals swell up again so it may just be temporary. If it isn't that and if you have any mechanical skills I'd recommend you pull the carbs yourself and send them to Dave Wilder. I believe his price to do an awesome rebuild job is around $800? Don't quote me!
You can get a modified seat or have yours reworked plus lowered rear shocks would help the height. Prices are ranging from $3500-5500 these days depending on lots of variables.
